Stihl 028 Wb Chainsaw 4 Repair Good Engine Needs Repairing Please Read Add

We took this saw on trade in and I did look over pretty good after cleaning up a bit. Saw started up but would not idle or run for long. Looks like last owner put carb on it awhile back but had fuel left in it and not an o. Put new clutch drum and that is o. Oiler looks like should be o.

That being said when they put clutch drum in forgot to put back c - clip on end so good thing it didn't run so needs new clip before trying to run. Pull start rope does slip but comes back I wanted to take apart but 1 screw tightened to extreme so I left alone (started 2 strip so left). Other 2 came out and the starter rope I can see has been repaired at 1 time - the springs on clips may be binding up from crud not sure. When I was checking carb coil wire ground broke so not starting again until small wire replaced. Engine good, no cracks in body and with some going through (All things just mentioned) saw will probably be o.
