Stihl 029 Super Chainsaw 16 Bar & Chain for parts or repair MS 290 chain saw

Stihl 029 Super Chainsaw with the original 16 bar and a decent chain from the shelf of a local Stihl collection. It does not start as is and I dont know if its a runner because the pull handle and rope are both missing. Flywheel did turn normally and the spool, etc are there. Theres also a thumb finger size chunk out of the foot plate. Otherwise it looks to be all there and good physically. Good covers, good handles, good gas and oil caps, good throttle and triggers, good choke assembly, good chain brake, good clutch cover, both bar nuts and side tensioner.

Fuel lines and fuel/ air filter look good. Should be a good working saw again with pull rope, handle and possibly a tune up.
