STIHL CHAIN SAWS Dealer Counter Sign 24" BY 16". Here we have a VERY unique back-lighted. The sign face is an "old school", ONE Piece very thick Pan formed and embossed translucent substrate with the perimeter flange and raised copy/image/lettering. This type/kind of facing is made in a long and expensive endeavor whereas the design artwork/graphic is a vectored formatted file of which is submitted for fabrication and a custom mold is made. The acrylic is melted to a very high temperature and subsequently "poured" into the subject mold.

There is a cooling period for the facing to cure resulting in the single custom facing. The process continues by application of multiple colors applied to the various areas on the INSIDE of the facing/substrate. The paint/colors are sealed with five coats of clear.

The external facing is also sealed with 5 coats of clear. The cabinet is hand made of MIL finished aluminum.

The cabinet is BOTH MIG & TIG welded. The cabinet is meticulously sanded and grinded to achieve perfect corners/edges.

Once the cabinet is complete it is thoroughly cleaned with multiple chemical solutions/cleaner to eliminate any/all oils and/or foreign particles. The cabinet is prepared and primed with three coats of PPG automotive primer and then painted with three coats of PPG automotive paint and hardener.

The cabinet is then clear coated three times resulting is a high glass automotive finish. The internal cabinet is then fitted with SHO, (Super High Output), LED, (Light Emitting Diode), modules of which are affixed into the cabinet using two-part EPOXY. Modules are powered by a high end premium LED power supply/driver. The cabinet is fitted with a 9' grounded 3-prong molded appliance cord projecting from the cabinet set in a premium rubber grommet stainless steel electrical cord fitting controlled by a Heavy-Duty 15AMP rubber capped service switch.

The assembled sign facing is held firmly in place by the "retainers" utilizing stainless steel screws/fasteners. If you are looking for a collectors sign that truly represents STIHL CHAIN SAWS. This is the epitome of excellence.
